Tomo helps you find local friends and groups through shared hobbies. To keep everyone safe, we operate under the following policies.
Tomo is a service for hobby-based communities. Using it for the purpose of dating or romantic encounters with strangers is not allowed. Posts, groups, or events recruiting romantic partners will be hidden or removed without notice, and repeated violations will result in suspension.
Our operations team regularly patrols newly created groups, events, and posts. Content that violates our Terms of Service will be corrected or hidden, and malicious cases will lead to account suspension and reports to the relevant authorities.
If you find an offensive post, group, or user, please use the in-app report feature. Reports are reviewed and acted on promptly by our team. Your identity is never disclosed to the reported party.
Minors need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the service. Groups run by minors are continuously monitored, and any act endangering the safety of children is reported to law enforcement immediately.
• For your first meetup, we recommend daytime events in public places.
• Report any solicitation involving money (investment, MLM, religion) immediately.
• You never have to share your contact information if pressured.
