External Transmission of Information

This page is published pursuant to Article 27-12 of Japan's Telecommunications Business Act (external transmission rules). It discloses the recipients, the information transmitted, and the purposes of use, where information is transmitted from a user's device to parties other than CodeCraft Co., Ltd. through the "Tomo" app and website.

1. Mobile App (iOS / Android)

1-1. Google LLC — Google AdMob

• Information transmitted: Advertising identifier (IDFA / AAID), IP address, device information, ad impression and interaction history
• Purpose: Ad delivery and measurement of advertising effectiveness
• How to stop: On iOS, deny tracking under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, delete the advertising ID under Settings > Google > Ads. Alternatively, use the in-app ad-free feature (paid).

1-2. Google LLC — Firebase Analytics

• Information transmitted: App instance ID, screen and interaction events, device information, IP address
• Purpose: Analysis and improvement of service usage
• How to stop: App settings, or a request submitted to our contact address

1-3. Google LLC — Firebase Cloud Messaging

• Information transmitted: Registration token, device information
• Purpose: Delivery of push notifications
• How to stop: Disable notifications in your OS settings or in the app's notification settings

1-4. Google LLC — Google Fonts

• Information transmitted: IP address, User-Agent
• Purpose: Retrieval of display fonts
• How to stop: Not available

1-5. Google LLC — Play Install Referrer (Android only)

• Information transmitted: Install referrer information
• Purpose: Analysis of acquisition channels
• How to stop: Not available

1-6. Apple Inc. / Google LLC — In-App Purchase and Store Review

• Information transmitted: Purchase transaction information, account identifier, information required to display the review dialog
• Purpose: Payment processing for paid content, display of the review submission dialog
• How to stop: Do not purchase paid content / do not submit a review

2. Website (tomoing.com)

2-1. Google LLC — Google Analytics

• Information transmitted: Cookie identifier, pages viewed, referrer, IP address, browser information
• Purpose: Analysis and improvement of website usage
• How to stop: Browser cookie settings, or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on

2-2. Google LLC — Google AdSense

• Information transmitted: Cookie identifier, pages viewed, IP address, browser information
• Purpose: Ad delivery and measurement of advertising effectiveness
• How to stop: Disable personalized ads on Google's Ad Settings page
