Billing occurs automatically through your app store account on the renewal date. To opt-out, you must disable auto-renewal in your store settings at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current cycle.
Cancellations and refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective app stores.
■ Notes on Subscribing to the Monthly Plan (Tomo Plus)
- For first-time subscribers, the initial month fee is charged immediately upon registration, and Tomo Plus benefits are instantly activated.
- Subsequent monthly renewals are automatically processed on the monthly anniversary of your registration.
- Renewal and expiration times are processed based on the billing standards of your app store platform (Pacific Standard Time: PST). Minor timing differences may occur depending on your local time zone.
- If your registration date falls on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a month, and a subsequent month does not contain that calendar date, billing and renewal will take place on the last day of that month.
- All benefits and subscription rewards are automatically applied to your account as soon as store payment is confirmed.
■ Guide to Cancellation and Disabling Auto-Renewal
- To cancel auto-renewal, you must manually cancel through your store settings (Apple ID or Google Play Subscriptions) at least 24 hours before expiration. Please note that deleting the app or withdrawing your membership does not stop automatic renewals.
- If auto-renewal fails due to outdated payment methods and remains unresolved, the plan will be automatically canceled by the store.
- Once auto-renewal is disabled, you can continue to access your Tomo Plus benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
- If you re-subscribe after a plan has fully expired, your consecutive subscription duration will reset.
