The price displayed on the purchase page for each paid product (TOMO PLUS, Support Tickets, etc.) within the app applies. All prices include consumption tax.
Internet connection fees and data charges incurred when using, browsing, or downloading content from this service are the responsibility of the user.
Payment is made through the in-app billing system of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (credit card, gift card, carrier billing, etc.) depending on the user's smartphone OS.
Payment is completed at the time the purchase is confirmed after pressing the buy button and completing store authentication. Billing timing follows the policies of each credit card company and platform.
As soon as the store's payment completion procedure is confirmed in the system, the relevant paid feature or item will be granted to the user's account and become available for use.
Since the products provided are digital content and online services, returns, cancellations, and refunds due to user's change of mind, erroneous purchase, or unmet expectations are generally not accepted after payment is completed. However, if a serious technical defect occurs in the service itself making it unusable, appropriate compensation or measures will be taken in accordance with applicable laws and our Terms of Service.
Subscription products (e.g., TOMO PLUS) are automatically renewed and billed at each specified interval. To cancel, you must manually cancel (disable auto-renewal) in your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Simply withdrawing from the app or deleting the app from your device will not stop the subscription billing.
